As consultants, we encourage organizations to hire experts. Over the years, we have seen over and over how clients save substantial time and energy, with better results, by hiring us to help them with data and evaluation. We try to take our own advice, and have hired great business advisors who help us run a high-quality business (including the lawyers who made our ownership transition a legal reality). Recently, we decided to work with Dr. Stephanie Evergreen to update the look of our reports, presentations, and data visualizations. Aside from being an awesome person to hang with at AEA conferences and other events, Stephanie is an expert on data visualization and reporting (check out her latest book, which is required reading here, and this recent mention in Forbes).
