Last week, Jessica attended the Conducting Successful Evaluation Surveys course at The Evaluator’s Institute. Taught by Dr. Jolene Smyth, the course reviewed many of the basics of survey design that we use here at Via Evaluation. Dr. Smyth also shared more recent research about effective survey design, including varied approaches for paper and online surveys.
