Today, Dr. Ashley Hazelwood, Evaluation Project Manager & Equity and Inclusion Specialist, and Caroline Taggart, Senior Evaluation Project Manager hosted a virtual workshop for New York Funders Alliance called ‘Best Practices on the Road to Funding and Evaluation Equity’. This workshop is the first of two sessions, covering questions and topics the participants can think about during this journey. Today’s topics included:
- Defining Equity
- Establishing our DEIA assumptions
- Making Equitable Funding Decisions
- Co-Designing with Community
- Evaluation Capacity Building
