Starbridge, a non-profit organization in Rochester, New York, is the winner of Via’s FREE Logic Model Give-away! Starbridge is an agency committed to partnering with people who have disabilities, their families, and their circles of support to help them realize fulfilling possibilities in education, employment, health, and community living. The Via team had the pleasure of working with Starbridge’s Leadership and Fiscal Intermediary teams to develop two logic models – a detailed version for agency use and a one-page summarized version perfect for those upcoming grant applications.
