“Creating a Healthier Niagara Falls: A Neighborhood Empowerment Approach” is the recently approved The John R. Oishei Foundation grant awarded to Niagara University, in collaboration with the City of Niagara Falls and the P2 Collaborative of Western New York. The $300,000 grant is for 18 months, and is focused on health-improvement programs in the neighborhoods to the northeast of City Hall.
