The WIOA RFP is for adult education and literacy service provider, for out-of-school youth and adults to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary for employment and economic self-sufficiency.
Bringing in Via Evaluation to provide feedback on your objectives and writing your evaluation plan is the most effective way to make your proposal be evaluable. In the WIOA RFP, evaluation, and evaluation-related services, are required.
