The NYS Education Department has announced that the Mathematics and Science Partnerships (MSP) program RFP is now set to be released on January 16, 2018. This provides interested districts and partnering organizations more time to plan their program and organize their partnerships.
VIA Evaluation expects that the RFP will continue to require an external, third-party expert evaluator. VIA Evaluation has been an external, third-party expert evaluator for this grant line since 2004 in school districts across New York, and recently completed the evaluation of four projects across New York State in the most recent round of MSP awards. We would be happy to assist your partnership grant team, and write the evaluation section of the proposal. Once funded, we would then help with the multiple required annual reports to NYSED.
