The New York State Education Department (NYSED) recently announced awards for their competitive grant program, “Program Development Grant to Prepare Students with Disabilities to Exit School with Work Readiness Skills,” which will provide school districts with three years of funding to improve career- and technical- education for students.

Via Evaluation was privileged to work with all three districts on their applications for these grants. Via Evaluation’s Grants Department wrote the full proposals for the Jamestown City School District ($789,952 awarded) and the Wellsville Central School District ($815,079 awarded). Via Evaluation also served on the grant writing team, and wrote the evaluation component for the Dunkirk City Schools application ($787,500 awarded). Via Evaluation looks forward to continuing to work with them on these exciting projects.

Congratulations to all grantees, and thank you for all of the time and effort that you contributed to this endeavor.
